Policy (Larilviśin)
◈ Weapons Policy
Weapons are only allowed to be held by on-duty domestic enforcement personnel and high-ranking officials. Standard armaments held by such persons are a stun baton and battery pistol, both of which require the insertion of that individual's ID stick in order to operate; armed individuals are provided additional ID sticks for this purpose.
Possession of weapons by unauthorized individuals and/or under unauthorized circumstances constitutes immediate investigation and suspension of duty, followed by potential disciplinary actions including but not limited to penal transfer, fines, and corporal punishment. Use of weapons may result in the above, including summary culling.
◈ Dresscode
On-duty employees of any station are required to wear an imperial red armband provided to all which fits on the forearm. It must go above any clothing worn, and cannot be worn when off-duty. While on-duty, employees must not wear damaged (purposefully or otherwise) items, jewelry, makeup, footwear without flat bottoms, or colors associated with a caste higher than one's own.
Employees may not wear personal protective equipment or uniform items provided by their employment while not on-duty. Items that obscure the face, when not used on-duty as protective equipment, are also not permitted. Holsters and sheaths of any kind are strictly forbidden except for those provided to on-duty domestic enforcement personnel. Impersonation of another caste, occupation, or person will be judged on an individual basis and may result in disciplinary action.
◈ Biopolicy
Trolls who have psychic-type medical conditions are required to have this declared in their personal ID form, which should include legal provisions restricting their use. Trolls are forbidden from using their psychic conditions in ways that affect other individuals, even with consent, prior to authorization by legal and medical professionals, with the exception of specific provisions allowing practical use in the workplace. Failure to report psychic conditions will result in suspension and investigation, and unauthorized use may result in penal transfer, fines, and ensuing legal prosecution by any victims including the damages to the vessel itself.
Trolls affected by medical conditions may request accessibility options in and outside the workplace, including schedule adjustment and tools for disability. If it is deemed that one's disability makes them unfit to work in their current assignment, they may be transferred to a different position by the hiring team under the advice of a medical professional. Hazard compensation is provided to workers who are injured on the job, and recovery time is considered.
Trolls may be penalized if mutations not already recorded on their ID form are discovered. Certain mutations constitute immediate culling as per parent agency policy, particularly: aberrant blood shade (including cuspbloods), additional limbs (excluding ligaments, such as fingers or toes), "foreign appendage" biology, such as the growth of paws, wings, hooves, or tails. Most individuals possessing such mutant features will have already been culled in the spawning process. Minor mutations deemed aesthetic in nature are permitted, such as deformity of the horns, eyes, hair, or nails.
